Eternal Hybrid Meets the Demand of

As many commercial businesses including dry cleaners/laundromats, spas, country clubs, salons, and restaurants can attest, one of their biggest day-to-day challenges is maintaining constant, on-demand hot water.

Aims Community College Boiler of Choice: HydroTherm KN

Aims Student Union mechanical room

With the completion of the Student Union, Aims Community College has now done three separate buildings, three separate projects, utilizing their favorite boiler: the HydroTherm KN.

The Health Science building operates on two KN-10 (1,000 MBH) boilers, Ed Beaty Hall operates on three KN-10 boilers, and as you can see in the photo, the Student Union is operating on two KN-20 (2,000 MBH) boilers.

The college currently enjoys the energy savings of this high-efficiency, condensing boiler, along with the robust nature of its cast-iron construction, all of which is 100% U.S.-made in compliance with the Buy American Act.
