Fred Espenship Outside Sales Fred holds the highest seniority in IDC, having joined the company back in '87. In 1991, Fred became the president of IDC Associates, following Frank Wartner. As of 2006, he passed on the torch of ownership to Carl and returned to "Outside Sales." Today, Fred continues to work with his outstanding customer base of engineers and contractors.
